The company consisted of a start-up team focusing on developing and selling welding equipment, striving to explore market opportunities, and investing a lot of time and effort in product development and enhancement.

Our products gained market recognition and attracted a number of partners and customers. On 18th December, the company's predecessor-Zhejiang Kende Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. was established as a Sino-foreign joint venture.

In 2002, it became the first company in China's electromechanical welding industry to pass GS/CE safety certification; in December, it passed the ISO9001:2000 quality system certification for the first time and continues to maintain the certificate.

In 2004, it was rated as a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

In 2005, KENDE welding machine products were rated as Taizhou Famous Brand Products; the "KENDE" trademark was recognized as a Taizhou Famous Trademark by the Taizhou Administration for Industry and Commerce; it passed the ISO14001 environmental system certification for the first time and continues to maintain the certificate.

In 2007, it was rated as Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Enterprise Research and Development Center.

In 2007, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology; the joint-stock restructuring was completed, and Zhejiang Kende Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2009, the Enterprise Technology Center was rated as Taizhou Municipal Enterprise Technology Center.

In 2010, the "Kende" brand electric welding machine was recognized as a famous brand product in Zhejiang Province; it passed the three standards of GB/T 19001:2008 quality management, GB/T 24001:2004 environmental management, and GB/T 28001:2011 occupational health and safety. System certification; recognized as "Taizhou Patent Demonstration Enterprise" by Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau and Intellectual Property Office.

In March 2011, it was rated as the 2010 Zhejiang Province Refined Management Demonstration Enterprise by the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission; in September, the enterprise technology center was recognized as the Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center by the Economic and Information Technology Commission.
